This refund policy applies to purchases of GROOMR.io software subscriptions and one-time licences sold by Hollywood Homes LLC through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your GROOMR.io purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Contact us at hello@groomr.io and we will assist.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from the customer portal or by contacting support. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid billing period and are not charged again.

Note on in-person grooming services

This policy covers the GROOMR.io software product only. In-person grooming services booked through a groomer's business have their own terms set by that groomer and are not sold by Hollywood Homes LLC through Paddle.
